Welcome to Shivam Nagpal Classes (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by CA Shivam Nagpal. By accessing shivamnagpalclasses.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Services
We sell educational material for CA students — printed books (such as the Audit Magic Book), digital content, online classes and test series. Product details, editions and applicable exam attempts are stated on each product page. Please check the edition and attempt applicability before ordering.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Physical books are shipped across India. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise on the product page. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery timelines. Digital products and class access are delivered to your account or registered email.
4. Intellectual Property
All content — books, notes, summaries, videos, question banks and the “Magic Book” format — is the intellectual property of CA Shivam Nagpal. Copying, reselling, redistributing, recording or sharing any content (including on Telegram/WhatsApp groups) is strictly prohibited and will invite legal action under applicable copyright law.
5. Class & Course Access
Online class access is for the purchasing student only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund. Course validity and viewing limits, where applicable, are stated on the product page.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our material is prepared with utmost care from ICAI’s study material and official sources; however, we do not guarantee exam results. Students are advised to refer to ICAI announcements for the latest applicable amendments.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
