Coverage & charges
We ship printed books across India. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise on the product page. We currently do not ship outside India.
Dispatch & delivery time
Orders are dispatched the same day on payment confirmation (orders received late in the day or on holidays are dispatched the next working day). Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your location. Timelines may extend during holidays, exam-season rush or courier delays.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details are shared on your registered email/WhatsApp. You can also check order status in My Account.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct — couriers call before delivery. Orders returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated non-availability may require re-shipping charges.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel appears damaged on delivery, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours — see our Refund Policy for the replacement process.
Digital products
Digital content and class access are delivered online to your account/email — nothing is physically shipped.
