Refund & Cancellation Policy

Printed books (hard copies)
Every book is checked before dispatch. Replacements are provided only if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item. To claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 70154 51014) with an unboxing photo/video clearly showing the issue. After verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
As books are study material, returns or refunds for change of mind are not available once an order is dispatched. Please check the edition and exam attempt (e.g. Nov 26 / May 27) on the product page before ordering.
Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Digital products, classes & test series
Digital content, online classes and test series are non-refundable once access is delivered, as they cannot be returned. If you face a technical issue with access, contact us — we will resolve it or, where access could not be delivered at all, refund the payment.
Failed / duplicate payments
If money is deducted but no order is created, or a duplicate payment occurs, the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay/your bank, typically within 5–7 working days. If it does not reflect, contact us with the payment reference.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
